D2C Growth System

Almost nobody buys on the first look.

Content earns the first look. Retargeting earns the next three. The product page decides. Most D2C budgets are spent entirely on the first of those, which is why the other two are where the money usually is.

  • Fashion and accessories
  • Beauty and skincare
  • Food and beverage
  • Home and decor
  • Wellness and supplements
  • Handmade and craft

THE DIAGNOSIS

Five places a D2C brand loses a sale it had already paid for.

Every one of these happens after the click has been bought, which is why raising the budget makes them more expensive rather than smaller.

  • Every rupee goes on finding new people.

The ones who already viewed the product — the cheapest buyers available — are never asked a second time.

  • The ad is a product photo with the price written on it.

Nothing shows the thing being used, so there is nothing to want yet.

  • Every ad sends traffic to the homepage.

Someone who came for one product has to find it again, and most of them do not.

  • Nobody can say which creative produced a sale.

So the budget follows whichever post got the most likes.

  • The feed goes silent between launches.

A brand that only appears when it wants money is the easiest kind to unfollow.

WHAT WE RUN

Six parts, all of them available today.

Nothing here is a roadmap item. CRM, WhatsApp automation and AI open in January 2027, and a brand does not need them to sell its next hundred orders.

Content that shows the product used

Reels, stories and posts of the product in hand rather than on white. It is the difference between knowing a product exists and wanting it.

Ad creatives built for the campaign

Made for the placement they run in rather than reposted from the feed, with an ad creative strategy behind them from the Growth plan upward.

Prospecting campaigns

Meta campaigns that put the product in front of people who have never seen the brand, with the audiences and budgets kept separate so each can be read on its own.

Retargeting the people who looked

The cheapest buyer you will ever get is the one who already opened the product page. They get their own campaign instead of being lumped in with strangers.

Campaign and product landing pages

From the Scale plan, a page built for one offer and opened on a phone — so an ad about one product does not land on a homepage.

Tracking, as far as your store allows

Pixel and conversion events configured to what your platform supports, so creative can be judged on what it sold rather than on what got liked.

THE FIRST MONTH

How month one usually runs.

A sequence, not a promise: retargeting in particular only opens once there is enough traffic for it to mean anything.

  1. WEEK 1Audit and calendarYour account, your best-selling product, your margins and what has already been tried — then the month's content plan.
  2. WEEK 2Content and trackingFirst reels and posts go live; the pixel and conversion events are checked against what your store actually reports.
  3. WEEK 3First prospecting campaignFrom the Growth plan up, one product and one offer go out to a cold audience, with creatives made for it.
  4. WEEK 4Retargeting and reviewOnce there is enough traffic to retarget, the second campaign opens — and the month is reviewed with you before the next one is planned.

WHERE D2C BRANDS START

Three plans, at the published price.

Growth is the first plan with Meta Ads in it, which is where a D2C brand belongs. Scale adds the landing page and funnel strategy; Dominator adds the volume and a weekly review.

SCOPE

What we run, and what stays with you.

Set out before you ask, because the second list is the reason two brands on the same plan get different results.

We handle

  • The month's content calendar, designed posts, stories and reels
  • Ad creatives, copy and creative strategy
  • Prospecting and retargeting campaigns, from the Growth plan upward
  • Campaign and product landing pages, from the Scale plan
  • Pixel and conversion tracking, as far as your store platform allows
  • A monthly report, reviewed with you rather than emailed and forgotten

Stays with you

  • Advertising budget, paid to Meta directly from your own account
  • Your store, its checkout, shipping and the platform it runs on
  • Product pricing, discounting and margin decisions
  • Stock, fulfilment, returns and customer support
  • Product photography or footage, where a shoot is not separately scoped

We do not guarantee a number of orders, a revenue figure or a return on ad spend. Those depend on your product, your price and your margin as much as on the advertising.

QUESTIONS

What brand owners ask before the first call.

Do you build the store itself?

We build websites and campaign landing pages, and we work alongside the store you already run. A full e-commerce build is a separate one-time project rather than part of a monthly plan — the packages and their ranges are on our pricing page.

Who shoots the product photos and videos?

Designing the creatives and editing the reels is included every month. A full product shoot is not part of a monthly plan and is scoped separately, so most brands send us what they already have and we plan the calendar around it.

Can you tell us which creative actually made a sale?

As far as your store and the ad platform allow. With the pixel and conversion events configured properly, most purchases can be tied back to a campaign — but no setup attributes every sale, and anyone promising exact attribution is overselling what the tools do.

We also sell on Amazon and Flipkart. Do you handle those?

No. Our plans cover Facebook and Instagram — content, creative and Meta campaigns. Marketplace advertising is a different discipline and we would rather say so than take the budget for it.

How much ad budget does a D2C brand need?

It depends on your price point, your margin and how competitive your category is, so a figure quoted before we have seen them would be invented. We agree the monthly budget with you before anything launches, and it is paid to Meta separately from our fee.

Can you guarantee a return on ad spend?

No, and we will not. Return on ad spend depends on your product, your pricing, your margin and how often people buy again — several of which sit outside advertising entirely. We commit to the creative, the campaigns and the reporting, and to telling you plainly when the numbers do not justify continuing.

Start with the audit, not the retainer.

Send us your store and your current ad account. We will tell you where the spend is leaking — and whether creative, retargeting or the product page is the thing to fix first.
