Opening in January 2027
We are building this, not selling it yet. What we run today is social media, Meta ads, optimisation, creative and websites — see what is available now.
Every lead has a stage, and every stage has an owner.
A pipeline your sales team actually works out of: stages that describe where a deal really is, leads assigned by rule rather than by whoever saw the notification first, and reporting that ties closings back to campaigns.
WHY IT MATTERS
The same enquiry usually exists in three places — the ad platform, a WhatsApp thread and one executive's phone. Nobody can say whether it was followed up, two people call the same buyer, and interested versus not interested is the entire status vocabulary. None of that is a lead-volume problem.
WHAT YOU GET
Every deliverable, in the words the agreement uses.
Nothing on this list is aspirational. If it is here, it is scoped and it is priced.
Pipeline and lead stages
Stages configured to your actual sales motion, so the pipeline reflects reality rather than a default template.
Source tracking
Every lead carries the campaign, creative and page that produced it, all the way to the closed stage.
Assignment and routing
Rules by location, project, team or category, so a new lead has an owner from the moment it arrives.
Follow-up stages
Follow-ups tracked as pipeline states rather than as things people mean to remember.
Lead reporting
Source, volume, cost per lead and current status, visible without anyone assembling a sheet.
Sales dashboard
On the Automation & AI plan: lead, source, stage, conversion and revenue visibility in one view for the sales head and the owner.
SCOPE
Which plans carry it, and what we need from you.
What we need from you
- Your existing CRM, or a decision on which one to use
- Third-party CRM licence fees, which are billed by the vendor
- Sales-team responsiveness — the system routes a lead, your team calls it
Prices exclude ad spend and GST. Engagements run on a three-month minimum.
QUESTIONS
What clients ask about crm & lead management.
Do we have to switch CRM?
No. If your current CRM can hold the pipeline stages and receive leads with their source attached, we configure that instead of replacing it. A migration is only worth doing when the existing tool is actively losing leads.
Who owns the lead data?
You do, entirely. It sits in your CRM account. We configure and report on it; we do not hold it hostage.
Will this tell us which campaign produced a booking?
That is the point of source tracking. Once leads carry their source through to the closed stage, spend can be judged on what it closed rather than on cost per lead alone.
ALSO
What this usually gets paired with.
Start with the audit, not the retainer.
Tell us what you are running today. We will tell you where it is leaking, and whether crm & lead management is even the right place to start.
